Fran Kranz Joins Cast of Journey Quest

Fran KranzFran Kranz will be joining the cast of web series JourneyQuest, for it’s second season.

Following a group of dysfunctional adventurers on a quest to discover and destroy the mythical Sword of Fighting, JOURNEYQUEST is a comedic adventure through the fantasy world of Fartherall, where intellectual orcs, incompetent wizards, and holy zombies form the living (and not-so-living) backdrop to an epic story of unrequited love, burning passions, and severely reluctant heroism.

Speaking of the new casting, creator and writer Matt Vancil said, “We are absolutely thrilled to have Fran on board. We were really looking to broaden the scope of the series in the second season. Having an actor of his calibre join the cast is a dream come true.”

In turn Fran spoke highly of the show saying: “I love the series and am very excited to get to know everyone involved. Most importantly, it looks like you guys have a lot of fun making it and I can’t wait to join in on that.”

Season one aired on Hulu.com and is now available to buy on DVD, season two is set to start shooting in the summer.
